Design Director
Nat Belkov is the James Beard Award-nominated design director at Eater, and a contributing writer for Eater's local and national coverage. An alum of Smith College, Nat joined Eater in 2022 after helming creative teams in advertising and brand design. In addition to creative directing Eater editorial packages such as the ASME digital design award finalist, Mall Food Madness, Nat co-authored the James Beard Award-nominated cookbook Made Here, independently-published with non-profit Send Chinatown Love in July 2023.
